We offer low priced "pension" and overnight accommodation in
Friedrichshain, Berlin, situated between S-Bahn Frankfurter Allee and
U-Bahn Samariter Strasse.
All our rooms are on the ground floor, are equipped with TV, tea and
coffee facilities with shared kitchen, shower and bathroom.
The Friedrichshain district is located in the centre of Berlin,
bordering Mitte and Kreuzberg. It is Berlin's most dynamic and
exciting area which much to see and do right on the doorstep.
Within easy walking distance is the river Spree and the most beautiful
bridge in Berlin; the 150m long Oberbaumbrücke that connects
Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg.
There is also the East Side Gallery; a
preserved 1.3 Km section of the Berlin Wall decorated by over 100
paintings from international artists, making it the largest open air
art gallery in the world!
The oldest and second largest public park in Berlin is in
Friedrichshain. Designed in 1846 for the Prussian King Friedrich II, it
remains one of the city's landmarks.
On the south side of Frankfurter Allee is Berlins most exciting,
unconventional and racy district centered around Simon-Dach Str.
Bordered by Warschauer Str. This area contains a huge diversity of
bars, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, trendy hairdressers, health food
shops and one of Berlin's largest “Flea markets”. It is the area to
which people in Berlin cross town to spend the evening.
